was carried,

they laid

at

πρός

the gate

θύρα

of the temple

ἱερόν

which

is called

λέγω

Beautiful,

ὡραῖος

to ask

αἰτέω

alms

ἐλεημοσύνη

them that entered

hand,

and lifted him up:

ancle bones

received strength.

praising

gate

πύλη

of the temple:

ἱερόν

they were filled

with wonder

θάμβος

amazement

at

that which had happened

unto him.

look ye so earnestly

by our own

holiness

εὐσέβεια

perfect soundness

in the presence

ignorance

ἄγνοια

ye did

πράσσω

it, as

ὥσπερ

did also

ὑμῶν

rulers.

ἄρχων

those things, which

God

before had shewed

προκαταγγέλλω

by

διά

the mouth

στόμα

of all

πᾶς

his

αὐτός

prophets,

προφήτης

that Christ

Χριστός

should suffer,

πάσχω

he hath

πληρόω

so

οὕτως

fulfilled.

Repent ye

μετανοέω

therefore,

be converted,

ἐπιστρέφω

that

sins

ἁμαρτία

may be blotted out,

ἐξαλείφω

when

ὅπως

the times

of refreshing

ἀνάψυξις

shall come

ἄν

ἔρχομαι

from

ἀπό

the presence

πρόσωπον

of the Lord;

Jesus

which before was preached

προκηρύσσω

unto you:

Whom

the heaven

receive

δέχομαι

until

ἄχρι

the times

χρόνος

of restitution

ἀποκατάστασις

of all things,

the Lord

unto you

brethren,

like

ὡς

unto me;

ἐμέ

him

shall ye hear

ἀκούω

in

all things

whatsoever

ἄν

he shall say

λαλέω

unto

you.

it shall come to pass,

ἔσομαι

that every

πᾶς

soul,

ψυχή

ἄν

will

ἀκούω

not

μή

hear

ἀκούω

that

ἐκεῖνος

prophet,

προφήτης

shall be destroyed

ἐξολοθρεύω

from among

ἐκ

the people.

the prophets

ἀπό

Samuel

Σαμουήλ

those that follow after,

καθεξῆς

as many as

ὅσος

have spoken,

προκαταγγέλλω

likewise

καί

foretold

προκαταγγέλλω

of these

ταύταις

days.

Ye

are

ἐστέ

the children

υἱός

of the prophets,

προφήτης

and

of the covenant

διαθήκη

which

ὅς

God

θεός

made

διατίθεμαι

with

πρός

our

ἡμῶν

fathers,

πατήρ

saying

λέγω

unto

πρός

Abraham,

Ἀβραάμ

And

καί

in thy

σοῦ

seed

σπέρμα

shall

ἐνευλογέω

all

πᾶς

the kindreds

πατριά

of the earth

γῆ

be blessed.

Unto you

πρῶτον

God,

having raised up

ἀνίστημι

αὐτός

Jesus,

Ἰησοῦς

sent

ἀποστέλλω

him

αὐτός

to bless

εὐλογέω

you,

ὑμᾶς

in

ἐν

turning away

ἀποστρέφω

every one

ἕκαστος

of you

ὑμῶν

from

ἀπό

his iniquities.
