And

I heard

ἀκούω

a great

μέγας

voice

φωνή

out of

ἐκ

the temple

ναός

saying

λέγω

to the seven

ἑπτά

angels,

ἄγγελος

Go your ways,

ὑπάγω

and

καί

pour out

ἐκχέω

the vials

φιάλη

of the wrath

θυμός

of God

θεός

upon

εἰς

the earth.

γῆ

And

καί

the first

πρῶτος

went,

ἀπέρχομαι

and

καί

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

upon

ἐπί

the earth;

γῆ

and

καί

there fell

γίνομαι

a noisome

κακός

and

καί

grievous

πονηρός

sore

ἕλκος

upon

εἰς

the men

ἄνθρωπος

which

ὁ

had

ἔχω

the mark

χάραγμα

of the beast,

θηρίον

and

καί

upon them which worshipped

προσκυνέω

his

αὐτός

image.

εἰκών

And

καί

the second

δεύτερος

angel

ἄγγελος

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

upon

εἰς

the sea;

θάλασσα

and

καί

it became

γίνομαι

as

ὡς

the blood

αἷμα

of a dead

νεκρός

man: and

καί

every

πᾶς

living

ζάω

soul

ψυχή

died

ἀποθνῄσκω

in

ἐν

the sea.

the third

τρίτος

angel

ἄγγελος

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

upon

εἰς

the rivers

ποταμός

and

καί

εἰς

fountains

πηγή

of waters;

ὕδωρ

and

καί

they became

γίνομαι

blood.

And

καί

I heard

ἀκούω

the angel

ἄγγελος

of the waters

ὕδωρ

say,

λέγω

Thou art

εἶ

righteous,

δίκαιος

O Lord,

κύριος

which

ὁ

art,

ὤν

ὁ

and

καί

wast,

ἦν

ὁ

and

καί

shalt be,

ὅσιος

ὁ

because

ὅτι

thou hast judged

κρίνω

thus.

ταῦτα

For

ὅτι

they have shed

ἐκχέω

the blood

αἷμα

of saints

ἅγιος

and

καί

prophets,

προφήτης

and

καί

thou hast given

δίδωμι

them

αὐτός

blood

αἷμα

to drink;

πίνω

for

γάρ

they are

εἰσί3rd

worthy.

ἄξιος

And

καί

I heard

ἀκούω

another

ἄλλος

out of

ἐκ

the altar

θυσιαστήριον

say,

λέγω

Even so,

ναί

Lord

κύριος

God

θεός

Almighty,

παντοκράτωρ

true

ἀληθινός

and

καί

righteous

δίκαιος

are thy

σοῦ

judgments.

κρίσις

the fourth

τέταρτος

angel

ἄγγελος

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

upon

ἐπί

the sun;

ἥλιος

and

καί

power was given

δίδωμι

unto him

αὐτός

to scorch

καυματίζω

men

ἄνθρωπος

with

ἐν

fire.

And

men

ἄνθρωπος

were scorched

καυματίζω

with great

μέγας

heat,

καῦμα

and

καί

blasphemed

βλασφημέω

the name

ὄνομα

of God,

θεός

which

ὁ

hath

ἔχω

power

ἐξουσία

over

ἐπί

these

ταύταις

plagues:

πληγή

and

καί

they repented

μετανοέω

not

οὐ

to give

δίδωμι

him

αὐτός

glory.

δόξα

And

the fifth

πέμπτος

angel

ἄγγελος

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

upon

ἐπί

the seat

θρόνος

of the beast;

θηρίον

and

καί

his

αὐτός

kingdom

βασιλεία

was

γίνομαι

full of darkness;

σκοτόω

and

καί

they gnawed

μασσάομαι

their

αὐτός

tongues

γλῶσσα

for

ἐκ

pain,

πόνος

And

καί

blasphemed

βλασφημέω

the God

θεός

of heaven

οὐρανός

because of

ἐκ

their

αὐτός

pains

πόνος

and

καί

ἐκ

their

αὐτός

sores,

ἕλκος

and

καί

repented

μετανοέω

not

οὐ

of

ἐκ

their

αὐτός

deeds.

ἔργον

And

καί

the sixth

ἕκτος

angel

ἄγγελος

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

upon

ἐπί

the great

μέγας

river

ποταμός

Euphrates;

Εὐφράτης

and

καί

the water

ὕδωρ

thereof

αὐτός

was dried up,

ξηραίνω

that

ἵνα

the way

ὁδός

of the kings

βασιλεύς

of

ἀπό

the east

ἀνατολή

ἥλιος

might be prepared.

ἑτοιμάζω

And

καί

I saw

οἶδα

three

τρεῖς

unclean

ἀκάθαρτος

spirits

πνεῦμα

like

ὅμοιος

frogs

βάτραχος

come out of

ἐκ

the mouth

στόμα

of the dragon,

δράκων

and

καί

out of

ἐκ

the mouth

στόμα

of the beast,

θηρίον

and

καί

out of

ἐκ

the mouth

στόμα

of the false prophet.

For

γάρ

they are

εἰσί3rd

the spirits

πνεῦμα

of devils,

δαίμων

working

ποιέω

miracles,

σημεῖον

which go forth

ἐκπορεύομαι

ὅς

ἐκπορεύομαι

unto

ἐπί

the kings

βασιλεύς

of the earth

γῆ

and

καί

of the whole

ὅλος

world,

οἰκουμένη

to gather

συνάγω

them

αὐτός

to

εἰς

the battle

πόλεμος

of that

ἐκεῖνος

great

μέγας

day

ἡμέρα

of God

θεός

Almighty.

παντοκράτωρ

Behold,

ἰδού

I come

ἔρχομαι

as

ὡς

a thief.

κλέπτης

Blessed

μακάριος

is he that watcheth,

γρηγορέω

and

καί

keepeth

τηρέω

his

αὐτός

garments,

ἱμάτιον

lest

ἵνα

he walk

περιπατέω

naked,

γυμνός

and

καί

they see

βλέπω

his

αὐτός

shame.

ἀσχημοσύνη

he gathered

συνάγω

them

αὐτός

together

συνάγω

into

εἰς

a place

τόπος

called

καλέω

in the Hebrew tongue

Ἑβραϊστί

Armageddon.

the seventh

ἕβδομος

angel

ἄγγελος

poured out

ἐκχέω

his

αὐτός

vial

φιάλη

into

εἰς

the air;

ἀήρ

and

καί

there came

ἐξέρχομαι

a great

μέγας

voice

φωνή

out of

ἀπό

the temple

ναός

of heaven,

οὐρανός

from

ἀπό

the throne,

θρόνος

saying,

λέγω

It is done.

γίνομαι

And

καί

there were

γίνομαι

voices,

φωνή

and

καί

thunders,

βροντή

and

καί

lightnings;

ἀστραπή

and

καί

there was

γίνομαι

a great

μέγας

earthquake,

σεισμός

such as

οἵος

was

γίνομαι

not

οὐ

since

ὅς

ἀπό

men

ἄνθρωπος

were

γίνομαι

upon

ἐπί

the earth,

γῆ

so mighty

τηλικοῦτος

an earthquake,

σεισμός

and so

οὕτως

great.

μέγας

And

καί

the great

μέγας

city

πόλις

was divided

γίνομαι

into

εἰς

three

τρεῖς

parts,

μέρος

and

καί

the cities

πόλις

of the nations

ἔθνος

fell:

πίπτω

and

καί

great

μέγας

Babylon

Βαβυλών

came in remembrance

μνάομαι

before

ἐνώπιον

God,

θεός

to give

δίδωμι

unto her

αὐτός

the cup

ποτήριον

of the wine

οἶνος

of the fierceness

θυμός

of his

αὐτός

wrath.

And

καί

every

πᾶς

island

νῆσος

fled away,

φεύγω

and

καί

the mountains

ὄρος

were

εὑρίσκω

not

οὐ

found.

21

And

καί

there fell

καταβαίνω

upon

ἐπί

men

ἄνθρωπος

a great

μέγας

hail

χάλαζα

out of

ἐκ

heaven,

οὐρανός

every stone about

ὡς

the weight of a talent:

ταλαντιαῖος

and

καί

men

ἄνθρωπος

blasphemed

βλασφημέω

God

θεός

because of

ἐκ

the plague

πληγή

of the hail;

χάλαζα

for

ὅτι

the plague

πληγή

thereof

αὐτός

was

ἐστί

exceeding

σφόδρα

great.

μέγας
